Matfield Village Hall (MVH) uses personal data for the lawful purposes of managing the hall, its bookings and finances, insurance, agent/volunteer administration, running and marketing events at the hall and publicity including by use of MVH website and MVH Facebook page, and its fundraising activities.  Data may be retained for up to 7 years for accounts purposes and for longer where required by the hall’s insurers.  Personal data obtained for this purpose could be shared in order to facilitate management of the hall.  If you would like to find out more about how we use personal data please contact the hall Secretary, Booking Agent, Chairman, Vice Chairman or Treasurer.
